American Soliloquy, choreography by Crystal Michelle, is the third work exploring African American vantage points. A hauntingly familiar soundscape accentuates the tense and labored movement of the choreography, commenting upon the complex relationship between Black spiritualism and the strength to exist amidst adversity.
