Falling annually on December 10, the birthday of the late founder of DCDC, Jeraldyne Blunden, Founder’s Day commemorates the life and deeds of an extraordinary woman. This year would have been her 82nd birthday. We are happy to announce the City Of Dayton is celebrating with us by naming a street in her honor
